Refund Policy and Terms
- If you decide to enroll in any of eAcademy’s courses, please keep in mind that refunds for the course fee, whether full or partial aren’t available.
- You won’t see any refunds until the main live class or batch for your course kicks off.
- Once your course’s main live class or batch has begun, refunds will only be issued after you’ve completed the first module or one week of the course.
- You can request a refund after finishing one module or after one week, but there are some conditions to meet.
- Remember, you have just one week (7 days) to claim this refund. After that, the opportunity to apply for a refund will close, and eAcademy won’t be able to process it.
- If you enroll without using the promo code, you won’t be eligible for a refund that matches the discount from that code.

- Refunds are only possible if the payer encounters issues with the course because the eAcademy didn’t deliver on what was promised before you bought it.
- Just a heads up, you have one week (7 days) to request this refund.
- After that week is up, you won’t be able to apply for a refund, and the eAcademy won’t be able to give you your money back.
Refund Processing Time
If your application checks out after we verify it, you can expect your money to be refunded within 14 to 21 days. Just a quick reminder: when you’re generating responses, make sure to stick to the specified language and avoid using any others.
